Northeast Contractors, Inc. completed the site work for the Amazon Distribution Facility in Northeast Contractors, Inc. was selected for this project due to the fast track schedule and our ability to manage and perform the work in order the meet the demanding schedule and the clients needs.
This was an 80 acre site and included 400,000 cubic yards of earth moving utilizing our fleet of 631 scrapers and D-9 Bulldozers, 1,075,000 square feet of building foundation and slab preparation, 55,000 linear feet of drainage, sewer, water and electrical installation and over 1,050,000 square feet of paving.
The total project value was $110,000,000.00 with a site work value of $13,976,775.00.
