Northeast Contractors, Inc. was selected for this project due to the fast track schedule and our ability to manage and perform the work in order the meet the demanding schedule and the clients needs.
This was an 45 acre site and included 300,000 cubic yards of earth moving utilizing our fleet of 631 scrapers and D-9 Bulldozers, 1,000,800 square feet of building foundation and slab preparation, 36,000 linear feet of drainage, sewer, water and electrical installation and over 825,000 square feet of paving. The total project value was $95,000,000.00 with a site work value of $11,763,000.00
