Northeast Contractors, Inc. completed site work for the new Edward P. Evans Hall as part of the Yale School of Management in
The building required excavation for 1 full story below grade to facilitate a parking garage for the structure. Sheeting and secant walls were required to shore the excavation to protect the surrounding properties. Included in the site work were many underground utilities, as well as new sidewalks, curbing, bituminous paving, and site retaining walls.
The overall project budget was approximately $230 Million Dollars with the final site work value of $5.2 Million Dollars.
