UCONN: Gampel Pavilion - Storrs, CT

Northeast Contractors, Inc. completed site work for the new Gampel Pavilion at the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT. This project constructed a new Basketball arena for the UCONN men’s and women’s basketball teams.  This project consisted of re-locating the existing utilities to facilitate construction of the new pavilion,  foundation and slab preparation for the new building, installation of all new utilities and the new paving, curbs and sidewalks.

The overall project budget was approximately $30 Million Dollars with the final site work value of $2.5 Million Dollars
